JACKSON, Mo. -- Craig and Carla Millham of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Michele Renee Millham, to Matthew Scott Rubel. JACKSON, Mo. -- Craig and Carla Millham of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Michele Renee Millham, to Matthew Scott Rubel. He is the son of Robert and Bonnie Rubel of Cape Girardeau.

Millham is a 1997 graduate of Jackson High School, and expects to receive a bachelor of science degree in exercise science from St. Louis University in May.

Rubel is a 1996 graduate of Notre Dame High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in physical therapy from Maryville University in St. Louis in May 2000. He is a physical therapist at The Work Center in St. Louis.

A June 16 wedding is planned at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
