ALTENBURG, Mo. -- Mr. and Mrs. Roger McNalley of Steeleville, Ill., announce the engagement of their daughter, Debra J. McNalley, to Stephen L. Thurm. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. George Thurm of Altenburg, Mo. An Oct. 6 wedding is planned.
