Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Masters of Florissant, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Michelle Ailee Masters, to Eric George Halter. He is the son of Mary Meyer of Leopold, Mo., and Michael Halter of Cape Girardeau. Masters received a bachelor of science degree in education from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and a master of arts degree from Lindenwood University. Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Masters of Florissant, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Michelle Ailee Masters, to Eric George Halter. He is the son of Mary Meyer of Leopold, Mo., and Michael Halter of Cape Girardeau.
