JACKSON, Mo. -- Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Mills of Patton, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Starla Jean Lincoln, to William Jonathan Colman. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William H. Colman Jr. of Jackson. Lincoln is floral manager at Country Mart. She is starring in the TV series Arrest and Trial episode "Deadly Affair," which will air this month on ABC...
