JACKSON -- Ken Kramer of Jackson and Barb Kramer of Cape Girardeau have announced the engagement of their daughter, Kendra Dorthea Kramer, to Benjamin Kennith Steffens. He is the son of Dale and Helen Steffens of Jackson and Sally Steffens of Champaign, Ill.

Kramer is a 1998 graduate of Jackson High School.

Steffens is a 1994 graduate of Central High School. He is a cement mason.

A March 11 wedding is planned at St. Paul Lutheran Church.
