ENGAGEMENTS: JONES-KINDER

WHITEWATER, Mo. -- Jessica Louise Jones and Jeremy Michael Kinder announce their engagement. She is the daughter of Wayne A. Jones of Escondido, Calif., and Martha L. Blumenberg of Whitewater. Kinder is the son of Joan and Dick Bridgeman of Escondido, and the late Dan Kinder of Roseburg, Ore.

Jones is a 1997 graduate of Central High School in Cape Girardeau, attended Southeast Missouri State University, and Palomar College in San Marcos, Calif. She is employed at Ruby Tuesday Restaurant in Cape Girardeau.

Kinder is a 1995 graduate of San Pasqual High School in Escondido, attended Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, and is currently attending ITT Technical Institute in Arnold, Mo. He is employed at The Great American Cookie Co. in St. Louis.

A garden wedding is planned Oct. 14 at the home of David and Martha Blumenberg.
