Ronald and Glenda Fornkahl of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Lora Elizabeth Fornkahl, to Jason Lee Estes. He is the son of Dennis and Karen Estes of Diehlstadt, Mo.

Fornkahl expects to graduate from Southeast Missouri State University in May. She is employed at Bank of America.

Estes is a 1995 graduate of Thomas W. Kelly High School at Benton, Mo. He is employed by Missouri Department of Transportation, and is owner of Estes Racing.

A June 23 wedding is planned at Trinity Lutheran Church.
