CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Julie Rosalee Dysinger and Carl Eugene Kimball announce their engagement. She is the daughter of William Dysinger of Chaffee and Tim and Paulette Winters of Phoenix, Ariz. Kimball is the son of Buster and Sue Kimball of Lilbourn, Mo.

Dysinger is employed at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
