ENGAGEMENTS: DALTON-TRIPLITT

JACKSON, Mo. -- Darris and Martha Dalton of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Lesley Suzanne Dalton, to John Andrews Triplitt. He is the son of Tony and Barbara Triplitt of Rome, Ga.

Dalton is a 1996 graduate of Jackson High School. She expects to receive a degree in science education from the University of Georgia in May 2002. She is a staff intern this summer with children's ministries at First Baptist Church in Jackson.

Triplitt is a 1997 graduate of Rome High School. He received a bachelor of arts degree in advertising from the University of Georgia in 2001. He is an executive manager at Target in Atlanta, Ga.

A July 28 wedding is planned at First Baptist Church in Jackson.
