JACKSON -- Marvin and Martha Sides of Jackson have announced the engagement of their daughter, Connie Lynn Burroughs, to Michael Ray Heath of Cape Girardeau. JACKSON -- Marvin and Martha Sides of Jackson have announced the engagement of their daughter, Connie Lynn Burroughs, to Michael Ray Heath of Cape Girardeau. He is the son of Ray and Glenda Heath of Eldorado, Ill.

Burroughs is a 1986 graduate of Jackson High School. She is employed in the business office at Community Counseling Center in Cape Girardeau.

Heath received a bachelor of science degree in industrial technology from Southeast Missouri State University in 1995. He is an engineer with Link Electronics Inc. in Cape Girardeau.

A June 17 wedding is planned at St. Paul Lutheran Church.
