Mr. and Mrs. Steve Duncan of Jackson, Mo., announce the engagement of their son, Scott Duncan, to Sandy Braswell, both of Cape Girardeau. She is the daughter of Tom and Judy Braswell of Kennett, Mo. Braswell is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, and is pursuing a master's degree in health and fitness administration. She is employed at St. Francis Medical Center...

Mr. and Mrs. Steve Duncan of Jackson, Mo., announce the engagement of their son, Scott Duncan, to Sandy Braswell, both of Cape Girardeau. She is the daughter of Tom and Judy Braswell of Kennett, Mo.

Braswell is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, and is pursuing a master's degree in health and fitness administration. She is employed at St. Francis Medical Center.
