JACKSON, Mo. -- Kelly and Beverly Borum of Urich, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelli Renea Borum, to Dean Clippard, both of Jackson. He is the son of Betty Cord of Jackson.

Borum received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Central Missouri State University. She is employed at JCPenney.
