ENGAGEMENTS: BERNHARDT-ZELLMER

Catherine and Joel Zimmerman of South Bend, Ind., announce the engagement of their daughter, Shelley Bernhardt, to William C. "Bill" Zellmer of South Bend. He is the son of Pat and William K. "Bill" Zellmer of Cape Girardeau.

Bernhardt is a graduate of Penn High School in Mishawaka, Ind. She is an account executive with USXchange in South Bend.

Zellmer is a graduate of Heber Springs High School in Heber Springs, Ark., attended Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, and Southeast Missouri State University. He is general manager of Garfield's Restaurant and Pub in South Bend.

A Nov. 4 wedding is planned at First Presbyterian Church in South Bend.
