ENGAGEMENT: WESTBROOK-WELCH

ADVANCE, Mo. -- Kenneth and Mary Gayle Westbrook of Advance announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Renee Westbrook, to Stephen Matthew Welch. He is the son of Stephen and Debbie Welch of Advance.

Westbrook is a 1996 graduate of Advance High School, and 2000 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. She is a sixth grade teacher at Advance Elementary School.

Welch is a 1997 graduate of Advance High School, and 2000 graduate of Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center. He is a heating and air conditioning technician at Peters Supply Co. in Marble Hill, Mo.

A Dec. 30 wedding is planned at Advance United Methodist Church.
