JACKSON -- Mr. and Mrs. Fred O. Jones of Jackson have announced the engagement of their daughter, Polly Ann Jones, to Kent A. Koch. He is the son of Arwin Koch of Gordonville, and the late Betty Koch. Jones is a graduate of Jackson High School and Southwest Missouri State University.
