THEBES, Ill. -- Cliff and Pat Edwards of Thebes announce the engagement of their daughter, Erin Lynn Edwards, to ET3 Jonathan Stephen Huffman. He is the son of Steve and Daphene Huffman of Thebes.

Edwards is a senior at Egyptian High School in Tamms, Ill. She is employed at Cat in the Cream in Cape Girardeau.

Huffman is a 2004 graduate of Egyptian High School. He is serving in the U.S. Navy.

A May 28 wedding is planned at First Baptist Church in Thebes.
