Mr. and Mrs. Rick Ebaugh of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Lisa Renee Ebaugh, to Todd Long. He is the son of Noranna Long of Patton, Mo., and the late Frank Long. Ebaugh is also the daughter of the late Terry Ebaugh of Chicago.

Ebaugh received a bachelor of science degree in criminal justice from Southeast Missouri State University in 1999. She is a community support worker with Bootheel Counseling Services in Sikeston, Mo.

Long received a bachelor of science degree in criminal justice from Southeast University in 1995. He is a youth group leader with Division of Youth Services in Cape Girardeau.

An October wedding is planned at First Presbyterian Church.
