Dugger - McMullin

SIKESTON, Mo. -- Paul and Florence Dugger of Sikeston announce the engagement of their daughter, Penny Diane Dugger of Morley, Mo., to Jared Andrew McMullin of Perryville, Mo. He is the son of Andrew and Alma McMullin of Benton, Mo.

Dugger is a 1996 graduate of Kelly High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in dietetics from Southeast Missouri State University in 2001. She is a nutritionist at Scott County Health Department.

McMullin is a 1997 graduate of Kelly High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in manufacturing engineering technology from Southeast. He is an engineering technician at Toyoda Gosei in Perryville.

An Oct. 20 wedding is planned at Morley Baptist Church in Morley.
