Taylor graduated from Jackson High School in 2012. She will graduate from Maryville University on May 7 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education. She will begin work as an elementary school teacher in the Pattonville School District in St. Louis.

Austin graduated from Jackson High School in 2011. He graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in May 2015 with a Bachelor of Science degree in middle school education. He is a math teacher in the Ferguson-Florissant School District in the St. Louis area.
A May 21 wedding is planned at Trinity Lutheran Church in Cape Girardeau.
