Cook - Sugden

CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Ken and Diane Cook of Chaffee announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Marie Cook, to Jared Bannister Sugden of Marthasville, Mo. He is the son of Brent and Teresa Sugden of Argenta, Ill.

Cook is a 2005 graduate of Delta High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in animal science from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2009. She is employed in human resources at Rose Acre Farms in Hawk's Point, Mo.

Sugden is a 2004 graduate of Argenta-Oreana High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in food science and human nutrition from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. He is employed by Frick's Quality Meat in Washington, Mo.

An Aug. 4 wedding is planned at St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Chaffee.
