Collins - Bogenpohl

James and Janetta Collins of Kansas City, Mo., and Heather Collins of Merriam, Kan., announce the engagement of their daughter, Erica Collins, to Terry Bogenpohl. He is the son of Sharon Bogenpohl of Oak Ridge, and the late Leonard Bogenpohl.

Collins is a 2006 graduate of Hickman Mills Senior High School in Kansas City. She received bachelor and master degrees in geological engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology at Rolla, in 2010 and 2011, respectively. She is a staff engineer with city of Jackson.

Bogenpohl is a 2004 graduate of Oak Ridge High School. He received a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Missouri University in 2010. He is a machine design engineer at TG Missouri in Perryville, Mo.

A Sept. 1 wedding is planned at Little Piney Lodge in Hermann, Mo.
