ORAN, Mo. -- Jack and Charlene Cobb of West Plains, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Joanna Kristen Cobb, to Jesse John Branson, both of Oran. He is the son of Nancy Branson of Oran, and the late Richard Branson Sr. Cobb is a 1999 graduate of West Plains High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in agriculture education from Missouri State University in Springfield. ORAN, Mo. -- Jack and Charlene Cobb of West Plains, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Joanna Kristen Cobb, to Jesse John Branson, both of Oran. He is the son of Nancy Branson of Oran, and the late Richard Branson Sr.

Cobb is a 1999 graduate of West Plains High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in agriculture education from Missouri State University in Springfield. She is an agriculture teacher at Sikeston Career and Technology Center in Sikeston, Mo.
