Casper - Quesada

Ken Casper of Millstadt, Ill., and Tina Collins of Oak Ridge announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Christine Casper, to Richard Dale Quezada.

Casper is a graduate of Oak Ridge High School. She received an associate degree in nursing from Southeast Hospital College of Nursing and Health Sciences. She is an assistant department administrator and registered nurse at Kaiser Permanente Irvine Medical Center in California.

Quezada is a graduate of Huntington Beach High School. He received a bachelor of arts degree in marketing from California State University-San Bernardino after serving in the U.S. Air Force. He is a senior marketing services manager in California with National Hot Rod Association.

A July 21 wedding is planned at Trivoli Too in Laguna Beach, Calif.
