Carron is a 2007 graduate of Jackson High School. She expects to graduate in May with an associate degree in nursing from Arkansas Northeastern College.

Helfer is a 2002 graduate of South Pemiscot High School. He is a crane operator with Nucor Steel in Memphis, Tenn.

A May 21 wedding is planned at First Christian Church in Caruthersville.
