Canady-Knaup

Doyle and Cindy Canady of Morley, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Nicole Canady, to Thomas Bosco Knaup, both of Cape Girardeau. He is the son of Carla Knaup of Cape Girardeau, and the late Richard Knaup.

Canady is a 1996 graduate of Scott County Central High School, and is a student.

Knaup is a 1988 graduate of Notre Dame High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in mass communication and public relations from Southeast Missouri State University in 1995. He is employed at Chemco Industries Inc. in St. Louis.

An Aug. 12 wedding is planned at St. Mary's Cathedral in Cape Girardeau.
