Buchheit - Kabe

BIEHLE, Mo. -- Kenneth and Rhonda Buchheit of Biehle announce the engagement of their daughter, Kate Buchheit, to Pritam Kabe of Washington, D.C. He is the son of Meena Kabe of Bombay, India, and the late Sudhir Kabe.

Buchheit is a 1995 graduate of St. Vincent de Paul High School in Perryville, Mo. She received a bachelor of science degree in psychology in 1999, and a master of physical therapy in 2001, from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Mo. She is a senior physical therapist at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

Kabe received a bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Bombay in 1997, a master of science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Texas-El Paso in 1999, and fellows in foreign service advanced studies in international affairs from Georgetown University in 2011. He is a senior IT analyst in the office of eDiplomacy with the U.S. Department of State.

A Sept. 22 wedding is planned at St. Maurus Church in Biehle.
