Bricknell- Portra

Steve and Julie Bricknell of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Cailin Beth Bricknell, to Garrett Lamar Portra. He is the son of Rachel and Randy Salmons of Fulton, Mo., and Pete Portra of Billings, Mont.

Bricknell is a 2001 graduate of Jackson High School, and expects to receive a bachelor's degree in biology from Westminster College in 2005.

Portra is a 2001 graduate of Fulton High School, and expects to receive a bachelor's degree in environmental science from Westminster in 2005.

A May 21 wedding is planned at the Bricknell home.
