Branom-Rhodes

John and Donna Hart of Sikeston, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelli LeAnne Branom, to Hugh Bentley Rhodes Jr., both of Cape Girardeau. Branom received a bachelor of science degree in elementary education from Southeast Missouri State University in 2002.
