Bramlett -- Tanksley

Richard and Kim Bramlett of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Whitney Michelle, to Brandon Christopher Tanksley, both of Cape Girardeau. He is the son of Dwight and Kim Tanksley of Cape Girardeau.

Whitney graduated from Cape Central High School in 2012. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education from Murray State University. She is a fifth-grade teacher at Central Elementary School in Dexter, Missouri.

Brandon graduated from Cape Central High School in 2012. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in agriculture from Murray State University. He works at Southeast Co-Op in Dexter.

A May 7 wedding is planned at Cape First Church in Cape Girardeau.
