Best - Kinder

Laura and Jack Taber of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Lee Best, to Cody Christopher Kinder. He is the son of Howard Kinder and Amy and Dale Beechem, all of Cape Girardeau.

Best is a 2005 graduate of Central High School. She received an associate of applied science degree in business management and computer specialist from Metro Business College in 2007. She is employed by Drury Hotels.

Kinder is a 2004 graduate of Central High School. He attended Mineral Area College at Park Hills, Mo. He is shop manager at Corvettes Only.

A May wedding is planned at The Waters Edge in Gordonville.
