Three people were seriously injured in separate single-vehicle accidents Saturday and Sunday, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.

William Tedder, 45, of Whitewater was airlifted to St. Louis University Hospital after the 1:10 p.m. accident Saturday on Route C in Perry County, 1.5 miles south of Route E. Tedder was thrown from his motorcycle after it struck a ditch, the patrol said.

James Stolzman, 26, of Marble Hill, Mo., was airlifted to Saint Francis Medical Center after a 7:35 p.m. accident Saturday on Route B in Bollinger County, 3.7 miles north of Highway 34. Stolzman lost control of the vehicle and struck several trees.

Jerry Burnett, 56, of Oak Ridge was airlifted to Saint Francis Medical Center after a 2:30 p.m. accident Sunday on Route CC, 1/2 mile west of New Wells. Burnett's vehicle went off the road, struck an embankment and overturned, according to the patrol.
