Texas man wanted for child sex abuse arrested in Scott Co.
Missouri State Highway Patrol troopers arrested a Texas man wanted on a felony Texas warrant for sex abuse of a child. A Highway Patrol report stated Taylor Richert, 21, of Seguin, Texas, was arrested at about 11 a.m. Saturday in Scott County.
