Adam J. Wachter, 20, Altenburg, Mo., was arrested for a DWI.

Joseph M. Kelley, 28, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for DWI, driving while revoked and operating a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility.

Timothy N. Greene, 40, Benton, Mo., was arrested on a Malden Police Department warrant for failure to appear and a Dunklin County warrant for DWI.

ArrestsShonda L. Monighan, 24, Oak Ridge, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for second-degree domestic assault.
