The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Marla K. Welker, 39, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Jerry Morris, 42, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Oct. 22 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.

Timothy S. Smith, 34, of Jackson was arrested Oct. 23 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.

Denis J. Hanks, 35, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Oct. 25 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.

Lyndon D. Horton, 38, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Tony L. Gray, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for property damage.

Bradley A. Pittman, 28, of Jackson was arrested Monday on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear.

Scott A. Bernachi, 36, of Thebes, Ill., was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Jennifer S. McClure, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Betty F. Schwent, 36, of Ste. Genevieve, Mo., was arrested Thursday on Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear and probation violation.
