The following items were released Friday by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.Arrests

Douglas R. Wallace Jr., 28, of Jackson Sept. 11 was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation on charges of driving while intoxicated, burglary and property damage; and on a warrant from Bollinger County for assault.

Darren M. Riegert, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Sept. 12 on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

Greg Y. Gohinan, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for two counts of forgery

J. Rickey Darnell, 34, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for nonsupport.

Summons

Marcell D. Malone Jr., 20, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons Monday for possession of a controlled substance.
