Cape Girardeau County Sheriff

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Marcella Price, 39, of Cape Girardeau was arrested June 12 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for tampering with a victim.

David M. Huffman, 26, of Whitewater was arrested June 13 on a county warrant for domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

Stephen D. Prater, 20 of Thebes, Ill., was arrested June 14 on a county warrant for first-degree robbery and armed criminal action.

Joseph D. Gray, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested June 14 on a county warrant for manufacture of a controlled substance.

Becky R. Halbrook, 42, of Millersville was arrested June 14 on a county warrant for third-degree domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

David S. Halbrook, 29, of Millersville was arrested June 14 on a county warrant for second-degree domestic assault.

Robert L. Camp III, 26, of Scott City was arrested Thursday on a county warrant for third-degree assault.

Amanda K. Kester, 23, of Jackson was arrested Thursday on a county warrant for probation violation, fraudulent use of a credit device and passing a bad check.
