Brandon D. Thornton, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested April 6 for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

Cara L. Crowden Huckstep, 30, of Whitewater, Mo., was arrested April 7 for passing bad checks.

Carl A. Peterson, 57, of Racine, Mo., was arrested April 10 on warrants for bad checks in Stoddard County, Poplar Bluff and Cole County.

Joshua W. Holbrook, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Monday for failure to appear on a charge of DWI.

Richard R. Gilmore, 29, of Jackson, Mo., was arrested Tuesday for burglary and felony stealing.

Markel CJ Fitzpatrick, 28, of Blodgett, Mo., was arrested Tuesday for parole violation.

Robert L. Barks, 37, of Oak Ridge, Mo., was arrested Wednesday for passing a bad check.The following individuals were transported to the Missouri Department of Corrections:

Robert W. Wiley, 24, of Carmi, Ill., to serve 12 years for robbery.

William R. Yeager, 39, of Cape Girardeau, to serve 4 years for tampering.

Aaron E. Wade, 24, of Cape Girardeau, to serve 7 years for assault.

Shawn S. Carnell, 27, of Sikeston, Mo., to serve 1.5 years for forgery.

Allen W. Hinson, 40, of Dyersburg, Tenn., to serve 5 years for possession of a controlled substance and forgery.

Jason M. Johnson, 27, of Cape Girardeau, court return.

Roger T. Stone, 33, of Millersville, Mo., parole return.

Holly C. Todd, 30, of Millersville, Mo., parole absconder.

Jail population Friday: 152.
