The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs Jacob D. Brandt, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested March 6 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arthur B. Pilsner, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested March 9 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Elizabeth L. Brothers, 27, of Cape Girardeau was arrested March 10 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Lisa G. Bareiter, 36, of Imperial, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant March 5 on suspicion of trespassing.

Hillary Garner, 18, of Festus, Mo., was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant March 6 for passing bad checks.

Keith W. Smith, 40, of Jackson was arrested on a county warrant March 10 for assault and failure to use an ignition interlock device.

Summonses Christopher L. Reed, 28, of Jackson was issued summonses March 11 for driving while revoked, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sean T. Simon, 23, Cape Girardeau was issued summonses March 10 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
