The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs Saumil C. Patel, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Aug. 17 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Brian L. Blackburn, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Garry W. Woods Jr., 40, of East Prairie, Mo., was arrested Aug. 16 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving and unlawful use of a weapon.

Elline J. Lincoln, 38, of Jackson, was arrested Aug. 16 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant and a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

Luis H. De La Cruz, 20, of Vienna, Ill., was arrested Aug. 17 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Jody R. Wilfong, 37, of Whitewater was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County for assault of a law enforcement officer, domestic assault, resisting arrest and assault.

Paula J. Miller, 42, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Thursday on a Potosi, Mo., warrant for failure to appear and a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear.
