DWIs Jason M. Simington, 24, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested Jan. 11 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Tracy J. Smith, 37, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested Jan. 11 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and endangering the welfare of a child.

Robin L. Moultin, 41, of Jackson, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Brittany D. Purl, 29, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested Jan. 9 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Timothy A. Lanning, 27, of Whitewater, Mo., was arrested Monday on an Arnold warrant for failure to appear.

Jesse A. Pulley, 27, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of methamphetamine, precursor ingredients to manufacture a controlled substance and resisting arrest.

James L. Ruble Jr., 39, no address provided, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of methamphetamine and precursor ingredients to manufacture a controlled substance.

Leander "Randy" West, 38, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for patronizing prostitution and sexual misconduct.

Randall E. Palen, 41, of Jackson, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Jane Radcliff, 24, of Desoto, Mo., was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
