The following items were released Friday by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs
* Leo W. Wiseman, 25, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Joseph L. Howard, 37, of Sedgwickville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving.
Arrests
* Patrick C. Barbers, 28, of Jackson was arrested on a Gordonville warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Joshua J. Burmeister, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance.
* David J. Inman, 44, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for absconding electronic monitoring.
* Joshua A. Deneke, 23, of Whitewater was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of speeding.
* Robert D. Williams, 48, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation on original charges of possession of a controlled substance and tampering with evidence.
* Terry G. Umfleet Jr., 30, of Scott City was arrested on a Scott County warrant for probation violation on an original charge of endangering the welfare of a child.
* Franklin E. Reed, 39, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of resisting arrest.
* Blake Tyler Moore, 20, 415 Bellevue St., Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing and resisting arrest.
Summonses
* Samantha L. Welker, 20, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to drive on the right half of the road.
* Matthew J. Caldwell, 23, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Matthew S. Wedemeier, 20, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
