The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Scott L. Bragg, 32, of Patton, Mo., was arrested Sept. 13 on warrants for involuntary manslaughter and second-degree assault.

Shanell P. Perkin, 27, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Sept. 13 on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of forgery.

Jackie R. Kaempfer, 49, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sept. 13 on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

Marcus T. Primm, 18, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for probation violation.

Richard D. Upchurch, 38, of Jackson, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for failure to appear on a seat belt violation.

Bradley W. McIntyre, 43, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a warrant for parole violation.

David W. Alcorn, 35, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a warrant for endangering the welfare of a child.

The following persons were transported Thursday to the Missouri Department of Corrections: Danny R. Brown, 32, of Altenburg, Mo., five years for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

Frederick E. Grantham, 33, of Sikeston, Mo., two years for possession of a controlled substance.

Timothy H. Carter, 38, of Cape Girardeau, six years for possession of a controlled substance.

Anthony D. Odomes, 21, of Cape Girardeau, five years for second-degree burglary.

Antonio N. Blackmon, 29, of Sikeston, Mo., two years for nonsupport.
