The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Bradley A. Crowden, 22, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested Oct. 12 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Michael R. Denson, 32, of O'Fallon, Mo., was arrested Oct. 12 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Mark Muesselman, 18, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested Oct. 12 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraudulent use of a credit device.

Nicholas J. Young, of Jackson, was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Jeffrey W. Lee, 33, of Jackson, was arrested Wednesday on an Ohio County, Ky., warrant for theft.

Transports Nancy Ing, 31, of Jackson, to serve seven years for stealing, five years for attempted manufacturing of methamphetamine and seven years for possession of a controlled substance.

Jeremy K. Hammack, 30, to serve six years for second degree burglary and stealing.

Richard R. Gilmore, 29, to serve five years for second degree burglary, stealing, and driving while revoked.

James E. Barns, 39, to serve three years for criminal nonsupport.

Brandon C. Baker, 23, to serve three years for stealing and possession of a controlled substance.
