The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI John E. Randol, 39, of Jackson, was arrested Oct. 19, on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Jesse M. Heister, 19, of St. Louis, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and possession of alcohol by a minor.

Joseph A. Barber, 23, of Delta, was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Billy Bierschwal, 34, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested Oct. 18 on a warrant for driving while suspended, possession of a controlled substance, flight to avoid prosecution and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christopher Schiwitz, 24, of Hillsboro, Mo., was arrested Monday on a warrant for assault.

James D. Griffaw, 22, of Scott City, Mo., was arrested Oct. 19, on a warrant for probation violation.

Victoria Yakstis, 19, of St. Louis, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of possession of alcohol by a minor.

Dina M. Hill, 29, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for forgery.

Kristian Henderson, 17, of Olive Branch, Ill., was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for failure to appear.

Dana Lathum, 34, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tanya Labruyere, 20, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a warrant for failure to appear.

Alex V. Watkins, 21, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a warrant for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Michelle N. Thiele, 23, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a warrant for probation violation.

Transports

The following persons were transported to the Missouri Department of Corrections: Eric Mackinnon, 36, of Cape Girardeau, to serve two years for stealing.

Michael Bragg, 33, of Cape Girardeau, to serve five years for criminal non-support.

Debra Travis, 48, of St. Louis, Mo., to serve three years for failure to report and complete treatment.
