The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs Shelly N. Finnegan, 21, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested June 27 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Dennis J. George, 34, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested June 27 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.

Nicholas A. Accardo, 41, of Jackson, was arrested June 28 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Glen J. Weber, 21, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested June 28 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Karen L. Day, 43, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested June 28 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Wayne A. Ross, 27, of Carbondale, Ill., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Stowe A. Jones, 19, of New Madrid, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Sean P. Dougherty, 22, of St. Louis, Mo., was arrested June 26 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for property damage.

Paul L. Tollison, 30, of Collinsville, Ill., was arrested June 27 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for property damage.

Robert A. Pontious, 26, of Jackson, was arrested June 27 on suspicion of domestic assault.

Gary L. Alberson, 21, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested June 28, on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Thrisa M. Ayers, 50, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested June 28 on suspicion of driving while suspended.

Scott A. Soth, 34, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested June 28 on suspicion of driving while suspended.

Derrick V. Davis, 29, of Kennett, Mo., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while suspended.

Beverly A. Ford, 37, of Jackson, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

Natalie N. Criddle, 26, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a New Madrid County warrant for failure to appear.

Calvin J. Harper, 27, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Joseph C. Harper, 27, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
