SCOTT CITY

The Scott City Police Department responded to the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Jeffrey Mirgeaux, 54, of Scott City was arrested on a failure to appear warrant on original charges of driving while revoked.
• Rose Rhodes, 41, of Scott City was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for original charges of driving while revoked or suspended, failure to display plates on a motor vehicle and failure to show financial responsibility.

Assault

• Domestic assault was reported in the 1400 block of First Street West.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 100 block of East Hickory Street.

Miscellaneous

• Disorderly conduct was reported at James Street and Elm Street.
• A death investigation was reported in the 600 block of Main Street.
• A domestic disturbance was reported in the 600 block of East Maple Street.
• Matter of record was reported in the 600 block of Cape Street.
• Repossession of a motor vehicle was reported in the 300 block of Dearborn Street.
