The Scott City Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

Sept. 21

* Breonna Reeves, 20, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana up to 35 grams and a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Brandi Heffington, 26, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana up to 35 grams.

Sept. 23

* Rachelle Dickerson, 32, of East Prairie, Missouri, was arrested on a warrant for failure to show financial responsibility.

Sept. 25

* Dustin Smith, 27, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of resisting or interfering with arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia and introducing or concealment of contraband into a jail.

* Steven Quinn, 41, of East Prairie, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear with an original charge of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Larry Meyer, 52, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

Sept. 26

* Heather Burger, 23, of Scott City was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of defective equipment, no insurance, and a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of contempt of court.

Sept. 29

* Renee Shaffer, 35, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked or suspended, failure to register a motor vehicle, displaying plates of another vehicle and failure to show financial responsibility.

Oct. 2

* Johnny Wyatt, 40, of Scott City was arrested on a St. Francois County warrant.
