• At 11:29 p.m., emergency medical service in the 100 block of West Beech Street.

May 28

• At 8:26 a.m., motor vehicle collision on Interstate 55, exit 90 on-ramp.
• At 10:35 p.m., emergency medical service in the 700 block of East Pine Street.

May 29

• An anhydrous leak at 100 State Street.
• At 10:03 a.m., emergency medical service in the 2800 block of Woodland Drive.

Monday

• At 7:16 a.m., emergency medical service in the 200 block of Jetta Mae.
• At 10:53 p.m., emergency medical service in the 400 block of Mildred Street.

Tuesday

• At 8:57 a.m., emergency medical service in the 1100 block of Perkins Street.
• At 12:03 p.m., emergency medical service in the 1100 block of Main Street.
