• At 11:50 p.m., emergency medical service in the 200 block of Missouri Street.

May 21

• At 8:41 a.m., a motor vehicle collision on County Road 204.
• At 7:26 p.m., emergency medical service in the 1600 block of Colony Park Street.
• At 8:08 p.m., anhydrous ammonia leak at 120 S. Main St.
• At 8:58 p.m., emergency medical service in the 500 block of East Maple Street.
• At 10:49 p.m., emergency medical service in the 600 block of Main Street.

May 22

• At 7:37 a.m., emergency medical service in the 200 block of Jetta Mae.

Monday

• At 5:14 p.m.,emergency medical service in the 200 block of Jetta Mae.

Wednesday

• At 6:59 a.m., emergency medical service in the 600 block of East Chestnut Street.
• At 8:34 a.m., natural gas leak in the 2800 block of Woodland Drive.

Thursday

• At 12:18 p.m., emergency medical service in the 2800 block of Woodland Drive.
• At 1:23 p.m., water rescue at the intersection of Main Street and Grand Avenue.
• At 1:25 p.m., water rescue at the intersection of Main Street and Druetta Avenue.
• At 2:04 p.m., emergency medical service in the 200 block of Vicki Lynn Street.
• At 2:32 p.m., water rescue at 1314 Main St.
• At 4 p.m., water rescue on Route A.
• At 6:22 p.m., emergency medical service in the 200 block of Missouri Street.
