Feb. 17

• At 12:10 p.m., emergency medical service in the 600 block of East Chestnut Street.
• At 1:44 p.m., emergency medical service in the 400 block of North Lincoln Street.
• At 4:58 p.m., emergency medical service in the 600 block of East Main Street.
• At 7:36 p.m., emergency medical service in the 200 block of Main Street.
• At 8:19 p.m., a motor-vehicle crash on County Road 204.

• At 12:51 p.m., emergency medical service in the 100 block of Mar-Elm Street.

Feb. 19

• At 9:59 p.m., emergency medical service in the 600 block of Ruth Avenue.

Feb. 20

• At 5:39 a.m., emergency medical service in the 200 block of West Holly Street.

Tuesday

• At 12:37 p.m., a motor-vehicle crash at mile marker 90 on Interstate 55.
